Job Title: Collection Manager

Roles and responsibilities

  • Collection Efficiency & AR Management: Drive collections for B2B accounts, reduce overall bad debt, and minimize overdue payments.
  • Agency Management: Oversee and review collection agencies, field teams, and channel partners to ensure high productivity and performance.
  • Billing Dispute Resolution: Manage SOA reconciliations, resolve billing complaints/disputes, and handle debit/credit notes promptly.
  • Relationship Management: Manage high-value client relationships, providing a superior service experience to aid retention.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports (MIS) on collection performance, analyzing trends in DSO and aging accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B collections or corporate credit management, preferably in the telecom or B2B services sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance) and Outlook
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. (Any)
  • Skills: Communication, Strong negotiation and ability to work individually.
