Job Title: Relationship Manager (Field Executive)
Roles and responsibilities
- Bad Debt Control: Implement strategies to minimize bad debt and churn control for Corporate Owned Corporate Paid (COCP) connections.
- Revenue Management: Track and monitor corporate revenue performance across products (Mobile, Fixed Line, Data Services) and ensure timely invoicing and payment.
- Virtual Account Management: Reduce suspense accounts by ensuring efficient payment posting through virtual account management.
- Agency Coordination: Manage partner teams (collection agencies) to ensure higher performance and productivity.
- Account Lifecycle: Manage the entire client lifecycle, including contract renewals (PO/Contracts) with support from sales teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in B2B collections or corporate credit management, preferably in the telecom or B2B services sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Gmail and Outlook
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. (Any)
- Skills: Communication, Strong negotiation and ability to work individually.
