Job Title: Relationship Manager (Field Executive)

Roles and responsibilities

  • Bad Debt Control: Implement strategies to minimize bad debt and churn control for Corporate Owned Corporate Paid (COCP) connections.
  • Revenue Management: Track and monitor corporate revenue performance across products (Mobile, Fixed Line, Data Services) and ensure timely invoicing and payment.
  • Virtual Account Management: Reduce suspense accounts by ensuring efficient payment posting through virtual account management.
  • Agency Coordination: Manage partner teams (collection agencies) to ensure higher performance and productivity.
  • Account Lifecycle: Manage the entire client lifecycle, including contract renewals (PO/Contracts) with support from sales teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in B2B collections or corporate credit management, preferably in the telecom or B2B services sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Gmail and Outlook
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. (Any)
  • Skills: Communication, Strong negotiation and ability to work individually.
